breast cancer support

I am a survivor of early stage breast cancer. If you are a breast cancer survivor, you are invited to join me in my weekly Heal In Nature hikes at Lower City Creek (meet at Centennial Park) on Tuesdays starting in September 2025. I will guide the gentle, one hour hike with a silent meditation offered mid-hike. You may turn back at any point. Bring water.

I am a certified supervisor for the state of Idaho. I offer individual and group supervision.

Clinical Social Worker

With nearly 20 years of experience in social work, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. From child welfare and equal rights activism to mental health counseling and navigating health crises, my journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to advocating for and supporting those in need.

If you are ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, I invite you to reach out. Let’s explore your strengths, address your concerns, and develop a path forward that aligns with your values and aspirations. Together, we can cultivate resilience, find balance, and create meaningful and lasting change. It will be possible to discover everyday joy.
